Why Parley Pro?
I chose Parley Pro because I believe we have a fantastic product that solves a real problem in the market and the right team to execute the go to market strategy. I also appreciate the work hard mentality with the team and look forward to having a lot of fun while driving success for the company.
My path to sales is a bit unorthodox; I received a Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis in Engineering. I found my way into sales because I love business and solving problems. Sales turned out to be the perfect fit. I started my sales career at Oracle, but gained most of my experience selling at LinkedIn where I was part of the original team selling LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator platform in 2011. From there, I went on to join the SSO provider OneLogin and more recently joined Parley Pro to lead sales efforts.
Fun Facts About Mike
I have traveled to all 7 continents. I group up in the South Bay, but moved to East Bay a couple years ago with my wife (Leslie) and 2 Kids (Alex & Eleanor). I have an Engineering degree but love selling software. I played football at UC Davis and even had a workout with the 49ers.
Wolves are my spirit animal because they generally work in groups but also have the ability to work independently. Wolves are also very intelligent and appear to really enjoy life in their groups.
Did You Know?
If animals could talk, I wish I could ask why my cats love to scratch our furniture so much. Clearly there is a much more effective scratching post in the family room for them!
If I were stranded on an island and could only take three items with me, having watched a lot of the show ‘Naked and Afraid’ I would clearly bring a knife, fire starter and a pot for boiling water.
