California Privacy Laws

California Online Privacy Protection Act

Because Parley Pro values your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (OPPA). Parley Pro will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as provided expressly herein. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time and at no charge by logging into their account link.

Do Not Track is a technology that provides individual users of the Internet with the ability to include a machine-readable header indicating that they do not want to be tracked which sends a signal to websites visited requesting that the website disable either its tracking or cross-site user tracking of an individual user. There is currently no common or accepted industry standard for implementing Do Not Track. Consequently, the Parley Pro Websites do not respond to a particular browser’s “Do Not Track” signals and we cannot guarantee that no tracking will occur.

California Consumer Privacy Act 2020 (the “CCPA”)

The CCPA applies only to businesses that meet certain parameters regarding the purchase, receipt, sale or sharing of consumers’ personal information.  Parley Pro does not currently meet these parameters and accordingly is not subject to the CCPA.  If Parley Pro should become subject to the CCPA in the future, it will revise this Privacy Policy to reflect its compliance.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Parley Pro complies with the requirements of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Websites, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.
